1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing NADI VPN ("Service"), a software product of Nadicorp Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NADI VPN provides zero-trust virtual private network tunnels utilizing the WireGuard protocol to encrypt internet traffic and protect digital privacy. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" for evaluation and secure routing.

3. Closed Beta Testing Program

NADI VPN is currently in an active Closed Beta testing phase. By participating in the Closed Beta, you acknowledge that:

Client software builds and server relay topologies are actively evolving.
Features may be updated, modified, or refined based on security benchmarks.
Diagnostic crash dumps (without user traffic or payload contents) may be generated for debugging.
Access is provisioned on an invitation and tester basis.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service exclusively for lawful purposes. You agree not to engage in:

Any illegal activity or unauthorized access attempts.
Distributing malicious binaries, malware, or botnets.
Volumetric denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or network scanning.
Actions that compromise the integrity or security of Nadicorp infrastructure.

5. Account Registration & Authentication

To participate in the beta, you must provide a valid email address for cryptographic OTP token generation. You are responsible for safeguarding your session keys and device tokens.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Closed Beta immediately, without prior notice, in the event of terms violations or infrastructure maintenance.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nadicorp Ltd, its founder, directors, or engineers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of beta software.

8. Changes to Terms

Nadicorp Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time during the Closed Beta lifecycle. Notice will be published directly on this portal.
